Background

Eric brings more than 12 years of experience spanning real estate development, construction management, portfolio oversight, and construction risk management from both the owner and lender perspectives.

Through this combination of experience, Eric brings a balanced perspective focused on execution, accountability, risk management, and strategic problem-solving throughout all phases of development and construction.

Prior Experience

Prior to founding Mammoth REP, Eric held leadership and project management roles at several leading real estate organizations, working on large-scale development, renovation, and capital improvement projects throughout the New York metropolitan area and across the United States.

His background also includes lender-side construction risk management, physical due diligence oversight, draw administration, and construction monitoring on hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Oversaw the team of consultants and the Construction Manager, as well as the project's budget and schedule. Developed the system by which units were completed, inspected, and turned over to the in-house leasing team for lease-up during the 7-phase TCO process.
