Prior to founding Mammoth REP, Eric held leadership and project management roles at several leading real estate organizations, working on large-scale development, renovation, and capital improvement projects throughout the New York metropolitan area and across the United States.
Eric's experience includes oversight of ground-up multifamily development, luxury residential towers, workforce housing renovations, industrial and commercial assets, and portfolio-wide capital improvement initiatives. His background also includes lender-side construction risk management, physical due diligence oversight, draw administration, and construction monitoring on hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Asset management oversight for a 147,000-square-foot industrial property, including management of capital improvement initiatives and coordination with tenants. Responsibilities include strategic advisory related to leasing and repositioning efforts, supporting ownership through the full leasing process for vacant space—from property tours and LOI evaluation through lease negotiation and execution strategy.
Serving as owner's representative for the expansion of a private elementary school campus. Responsibilities include defining the school's long-term operational and facility requirements, overseeing design and permitting efforts, managing project budgeting and scheduling, and coordinating the contractor selection process. The project is intended to support the school's continued growth and long-term educational mission.
Acting as Owner's Representative for the family office ownership group. Overseeing renovations on 60% of the building as well as the lobby. Serving as conduit between ownership, trade contractors, facilities management, and brokers to develop and lead upgrades throughout the building.
Served as second lead on the development of this 915,000 SF, 709-unit mixed-use property with a hard cost budget approaching $500M. Oversaw the team of consultants and the Construction Manager, as well as the project's budget and schedule. Developed the system by which units were completed, inspected, and turned over to the in-house leasing team for lease-up during the 7-phase TCO process.
